Smart cut and sewn men's short-sleeved polo shirt in a 160 GSM pique weave. It is manufactured from 100% polyester. Other features include fabric polo collar, stitched cuffs and a three button placket in the neckline. It is a regular fit and is available in seven sizes which can be branded edge to edge in spot colours or full-colour print. It is a versatile garment that is suitable for sport and leisure. Personalisation e.g. names and numbers are available free of charge. A production lead time of 35 working days applies to this product by air freight and larger orders can be sea freighted on request to reduce the freight cost. Custom labels are available upon request free of charge.

Artwork Essentials
Use Black & White or Greyscale colours only.
Embed all fonts or convert them to outlines/curves.
Keep all important text and graphics within the safe margin to prevent trimming.
Ensure your artwork matches the specifications selected during ordering.
Where possible, provide logos in vector format for the best print quality.
Pre-Flight Checklist
✔ Artwork is created at the correct size with 3 mm bleed.
✔ All transparency effects have been flattened.
✔ Overprint settings have been checked and applied correctly.
✔ Colour profiles have been removed.
✔ All images are high resolution (300 DPI).
✔ Registration marks and non-printing elements have been removed.
✔ Crop marks are positioned outside the bleed area.
Tip: Supplying print-ready artwork that meets the above specifications helps ensure accurate colours, sharp output, and a smooth production process.
We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
In contrast to large format items (banners, signs, etc.), which are printed with either latex ink or eco-solvent ink, small format products (flyers, brochures, etc.) are produced with dry toner.
