Comfortable and functional, this unisex custom rugby shirt is manufactured from 350 GSM, 35% polyester and 65% cotton yarn knit, making this shirt well-suited for sporting teams and college leavers. The shirt features long sleeves with knitted cuffs which are available in the choice of 19 colours, a two-button concealed placket, and a classic knit collar. This shirt is a regular fit and is available in seven sizes. Personalisation is available for an additional charge. Washing it with similar colours and before first use is recommended. A production lead time of 40 working days applies to this product by air freight and larger orders can be sea freighted on request to reduce the freight cost. Custom labels are available upon request free of charge.

Print Requirements
Resolution: 300 DPI (minimum)
Bleed: 3 mm on all sides
Finished Size: 90 × 55 mm (Standard Business Card)
We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
In contrast to large format items (banners, signs, etc.), which are printed with either latex ink or eco-solvent ink, small format products (flyers, brochures, etc.) are produced with dry toner.
Ordering Process

2. If you are unsure about the specifications, please click on the "?" icon and it will provide you with more details.
3. In the next step, you will be asked to upload your print file. Make sure you have setup the file in a pdf format. Choose ‘Upload Artwork Later’ if you your artwork is not ready or you want to email your artwork. You can email your artwork to info@reprographics.co.nz
