Comfortable 40cm x 40cm cushion which can be branded on both sides with stunning edge to edge full colour graphics. Each side of the cushion can have a different design and there is an additional setup charge for this. The outer cover is manufactured from robust poly-canvas and it has an invisible zippered closure so it is easily removed for washing. The inner cushion has a cotton cover and is filled with a down like cotton filling. Each Utopia cushion is presented in a unique flat-pack vacuum sleeve which removes the air from inside the product. This significantly reduces the size to allow for cost effective shipping and easy individual distribution. A production lead time of 35 working days applies to this product.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
In contrast to large format items (banners, signs, etc.), which are printed with either latex ink or eco-solvent ink, small format products (flyers, brochures, etc.) are produced with dry toner.
The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).
The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.
